Overview

The Leasing Consultant role at StuartCo involves working in a team environment to lease apartment homes and townhomes while providing exceptional customer service. The position is full-time, primarily located in Edina, MN, and requires flexibility in scheduling to meet business needs.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop and implement telephone and personal sales skills
  • Respond to property visits or telephone inquiries
  • Conduct community and property tours
  • Optimize occupancy while maximizing leased rent
  • Maintain current knowledge of apartment availability and features
  • Greet and assess prospective residents' housing needs
  • Prepare and review lease-related paperwork
  • Follow up with prospects within 48 hours of showings
  • Assist with managing the day-to-day operations of the community
  • Maintain prospect and leasing data accurately
