Overview

Integrity Realty Group, LLC is seeking a Floating Leasing Consultant to work across several apartment communities in Kent, Ohio. This role is ideal for individuals who excel in customer service, enjoy building relationships, and want to help residents find their perfect home while supporting the overall success of the communities.

Key responsibilities

  • Build relationships with prospective residents and identify their needs for apartment matching.
  • Conduct apartment tours showcasing features and benefits.
  • Ensure model apartments and community spaces are clean and inviting.
  • Assist with lease applications, renewals, and resident files.
  • Utilize marketing and sales skills to generate traffic through various outreach methods.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to support resident retention.
  • Monitor local market trends and competitor activity.
  • Support management team with daily operations and special projects.

Required skills

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Experience in leasing, sales, customer service, or hospitality preferred
  • Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
  • Reliable personal vehicle for work use
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Self-motivated with ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Knowledge of Fair Housing laws
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products
  • Experience with Yardi Voyager or similar property management software
