Overview

StuartCo is seeking a full-time Leasing Consultant for their Argenta Townhomes location in Inver Grove Heights, MN. This role involves implementing effective sales skills to attract prospective residents, conducting property tours, and managing leasing documentation to optimize occupancy and leasing performance.

Key responsibilities

  • Maintain knowledge of apartment and townhome availability, rates, and features
  • Greet prospective residents and discuss their housing needs
  • Conduct community and apartment tours for potential tenants
  • Follow established policies for applicant qualification and screening
  • Maintain leasing data and follow up with prospective residents
  • Prepare and explain lease-related paperwork to new and existing residents
  • Assist in managing day-to-day community operations
  • Attend staff meetings and maintain confidentiality

Required skills

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • One or more years of leasing or retail experience preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and sales skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Organizational and prioritization skills
