Overview

StuartCo is seeking a full-time Leasing Consultant to join their team in Plymouth, MN. The role involves engaging with prospective residents, conducting property tours, and leasing apartments and townhomes, with a focus on optimizing occupancy and enhancing sales performance.

Key responsibilities

  • Maintain knowledge of apartment/townhome availability, rates, and features
  • Greet and assess prospective residents' housing needs
  • Conduct property and apartment/townhome tours
  • Prepare and follow up on lease-related paperwork
  • Maximize resident renewals and conduct follow-ups on showings
  • Assist with day-to-day community operations and maintain confidentiality
  • Prepare marketing materials as needed
  • Attend staff meetings and adapt to organizational changes

Required skills

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • One or more years of leasing or retail experience preferred
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to close sales and work well in a team
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills
