Overview

Pomeroy Living is seeking a Leasing Assistant to support occupancy growth by managing the admissions process and providing tours to prospective residents and their families. This role involves cultivating referral sources and assisting the Leasing Director with marketing strategies.

Key responsibilities

  • Assist in managing the admissions process for a positive resident experience
  • Prepare and organize admission paperwork
  • Help with the resident move-in process
  • Maintain and develop relationships with referral sources
  • Schedule and coordinate presentations for referral sources
  • Conduct tours of the community for prospective residents
  • Answer inquiries regarding services, amenities, and pricing
  • Maintain and update the community's lead database
  • Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies

Required skills

  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience with CRM software is a plus
