Gumenick Management Company LC is seeking a Leasing Agent for Wellsmith Apartments, an award-winning community in Henrico County, Virginia. The ideal candidate should have previous residential leasing experience, customer service skills, and will be responsible for engaging with prospective residents and marketing the property effectively.

Key responsibilities

  • Greet prospective residents and assess their needs and preferences
  • Handle incoming phone calls and inquiries
  • Maintain awareness of local market conditions and trends
  • Assist in marketing the property creatively and efficiently
  • Maintain a professional and friendly atmosphere in the leasing office
  • Manage common areas of the property

Required skills

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related field OR one year of experience in leasing and property management
  • Good leasing and/or closing skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
