Job Description Job Description Leasing Agent - Residential Property Management Location: Colorado Springs, COPay: $20.00/hourSchedule: Monday-Friday 8:00 AM-5:00 PMStatus: Full-TimeAbout the Opportunity Express Employment Professionals is seeking an experienced Leasing Agent to support a residential apartment community in Colorado Springs.We're looking for someone who is personable, professional, organized, and comfortable working directly with prospective and current residents. The ideal candidate will have previous apartment leasing experience and understand how to create a positive resident experience while keeping leasing activity, documentation, and follow-up organized.Experience with affordable housing, Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC), or Section 8 is highly preferred.What You'll Do Welcome prospective residents and provide information about the communityConduct property and apartment toursRespond to phone, email, online, and walk-in leasing inquiriesFollow up with prospective residents and help move applicants through the leasing processAssist with applications, lease documentation, renewals, and resident filesCoordinate move-ins and move-outsCommunicate with residents regarding questions, concerns, and community informationReceive and coordinate maintenance/service requests with the appropriate team membersAssist with rent payments, delinquency follow-up, and required notices as assignedMaintain accurate resident and prospect information within property management softwareSupport resident retention and lease-renewal effortsHelp maintain an organized, professional, and welcoming leasing officeProvide general administrative and property management support as neededWhat We're Looking For 1+ year of apartment leasing or residential property management experience requiredLIHTC, affordable housing, or Section 8 experience strongly preferredStrong customer service and relationship-building skillsProfessional and confident communication styleComfortable conducting tours and interacting with prospective residentsStrong organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to manage multiple priorities and follow through on commitmentsExperience with property management or leasing software preferredDependable and able to consistently work Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PMWhy Work with Express?
