Overview

The Lease-Up Community Manager at Dream Live Prosper Communities is a crucial role responsible for leading the lease-up process at their flagship location in Sevierville, Tennessee. This position requires a dynamic and experienced leader who can oversee financial performance, manage a team, and ensure the community meets its operational targets while providing excellent service to residents.

Key responsibilities

  • Monitor leasing documents and data entry
  • Review and approve/decline applications and execute new leases
  • Maintain up-to-date marketing materials to ensure 95% occupancy
  • Track leasing activity and provide detailed performance data weekly, monthly, and quarterly
  • Onboard, train, and mentor new Leasing Agents
  • Host monthly leasing meetings addressing challenges and opportunities
  • Assist with property inspections and communicate with single-family teams
  • Manage security deposit dispositions and handle necessary meetings

Required skills

  • Experience in multifamily property management
  • 3+ years managing multiple direct reports
  • Strong communication skills
  • Solid analytical skills with financial statements
  • Project management experience
  • Experience with Appfolio, G-suite, and Microsoft Office
