Overview

Amazon is seeking Learning Trainers to support the delivery of operational excellence within their fulfillment centers. The role involves training associates, leading teams, and may also include production duties such as picking and packing orders, ensuring inventory accuracy, and maintaining safety standards.

Key responsibilities

  • Train and motivate associates in operational tasks
  • Communicate instructions clearly to teams
  • Perform production duties as needed, such as picking and packing orders
  • Ensure inventory accuracy and maintain work area safety
  • Lead Learning Trainer activities and support operations leaders

Required skills

  • 1+ years experience with Microsoft Office products
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to lift up to 49 pounds and stand/walk for 10-12 hours
  • Flexible schedule including weekends, nights, and holidays
  • Strong communication skills
