Requirements: Preferred Education/Qualifications and Competencies/Skills :Possesses beginning to working knowledge of subject matter. Bachelor's degree in organizational psychology, engineering, or manufacturing related degree0 to 2 years of experience, preferably in manufacturingExperience with Alchemy Training Suite (Manager, Player, Coach, and Playbook) Work Environment English language fluency - listening and comprehending, speaking, reading, and writing.Spanish Language Fluency is desired but not requiredExcellent oral and written communication skills.Interpersonal skills with all external and internal customers - displays passion and optimism, conflict resolution, professionalism, confidentiality, timely and appropriate response to questions or complaints, seeks feedback and consensus when possible, meets commitments, creates teambuilding, identifies and supports efforts to succeed.Performs work under direct supervision.
