We are seeking experienced, driven field leaders who can take ownership of projects, lead crews, and deliver excellent customer experiences during emergencies. Position Overview The Lead Technician is responsible for leading mitigation crews onsite, managing documentation quality, communicating with customers, and helping maximize job scope and operational execution. This role is ideal for someone ready to step into leadership and grow toward Project Management or Operations leadership.
