Overview

Circle of Friends Child Development Center is looking for early childhood professionals to join their dedicated team as Lead Teachers. The center focuses on providing high-quality care and education in a nurturing and engaging environment, guided by core values of respect, integrity, and excellence.

Key responsibilities

  • Help children with eating, diapering/toileting, and maintaining a clean and safe classroom
  • Ensure compliance with Quality Care standards and appropriate logs
  • Engage in physically active play with children and support their development
  • Collaborate with other staff and communicate effectively with parents

Required skills

  • Minimum of 1 year experience in a child care center
  • At least 24 units in Early Childhood Education/Child Development
  • CPR Certification
  • Positive attitude and desire to make a difference
  • Fluent in English with strong communication skills
  • Ability to stand for long periods and lift children up to 40 lbs
