Overview

Coastal IT Consulting, LLC is seeking a Lead Systems Technician 3 in Naples, Florida, to enhance its IT capabilities. This role involves resolving complex technical challenges and providing superior service to clients while embodying the company's core values of integrity, leadership, and service.

Key responsibilities

  • Document client IT environments, processes, and procedures for issue resolution
  • Provide remote or on-site escalation support for technical services help desk incidents
  • Plan, develop, and execute small to medium IT projects with ongoing communication
  • Perform deployment, configuration, and testing of Windows Server and Microsoft Azure services
  • Administer enterprise email solutions and manage user access and permissions
  • Create and follow corporate technology best practices and procedures
  • Master scripting of repeatable processes via Microsoft PowerShell
  • Collaborate with team members and train service technicians

Required skills

  • 3+ years of experience in IT systems support
  • Expertise in Microsoft 365 and Azure
  • Strong background in Windows Server and network infrastructure
  • Knowledge of VPN, firewalls, MFA, SSO, and backup systems
  • Experience with mobile device management, particularly Microsoft Intune
  • Proficient in remote desktop solutions and troubleshooting Internet connectivity
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Hands-on experience with Cisco Meraki switches and firewalls
