Job Description

Overview

Tempus Unlimited, Inc. is seeking a Lead System Analyst to serve as a strategic and technical liaison among various stakeholders, including IT, business partners, and clients. This role focuses on enhancing system design and improving business processes while ensuring compliance and efficiency.

Key responsibilities

  • Gain deep understanding of existing systems and integrations
  • Evaluate current system architecture and provide recommendations
  • Translate business needs into functional and technical requirements
  • Act as a primary technical point of contact with external vendors
  • Review and manage vendor Statements of Work (SOWs)
  • Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
  • Identify inefficiencies in processes and recommend improvements
  • Lead meetings and facilitate communication among stakeholders
  • Proactively identify issues and recommend mitigation strategies

Required skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field
  • 8+ years of experience in systems engineering or analysis
  • Strong understanding of system architecture and development lifecycles
  • Experience with managing third-party technical solution providers
  • Ability to write and maintain SOPs and technical documentation
  • Excellent facilitation and stakeholder management skills
