Overview

Spickler NGW LLC is seeking a Lead Server/Shift Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations at Native Grill & Wings in Mesa, Arizona. This role involves ensuring efficient service, training staff, and maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction and food safety.

Key responsibilities

  • Oversee daily restaurant operations during assigned shifts
  • Coordinate and manage staff schedules
  • Monitor service quality and customer satisfaction
  • Train, mentor, and support servers and staff
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Assist with the setup and breakdown of dining areas
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff for order delivery
  • Lead by example in providing exceptional customer service

Required skills

  • 3-5 years of FOH or BOH experience in high-volume restaurants
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
  • Proficient in POS systems and basic computer applications
  • Availability for flexible hours, including nights and weekends
  • Ability to train and mentor new staff members
  • Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds
