Overview

L3Harris Technologies is seeking a Lead, Product Manager to define the product strategy and roadmap for a physical product line within the WESCAM division. This role involves overseeing the entire product lifecycle, including cost management, revenue generation, and market introduction strategies while collaborating with various departments to ensure alignment with customer needs and business objectives.

Key responsibilities

  • Define product strategy and roadmap for a physical product line.
  • Manage product cost, revenue, and market introduction strategy.
  • Conduct market research and engage with customers to identify market trends and validate business value.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with departments such as Business Development, Engineering, and Customer Support.
  • Prepare and present product introduction strategies and statements of work to the organization.
  • Provide strategic product consultation to sales staff and customers throughout product lifecycles.
  • Lead capture management and bid strategy discussions.
  • Identify business risks and opportunities, providing mitigation strategies.
