MinistryHub is partnering with First Christian Church to find a Lead Pastor to guide a Bible-centered congregation in Roanoke Rapids, NC. This role involves preaching, pastoral care, staff leadership, and community engagement within a stable and healthy church environment.

Key responsibilities

  • Deliver engaging and biblically faithful sermons
  • Provide pastoral care to a multigenerational congregation
  • Oversee and develop church staff while fostering a collaborative culture
  • Mentor the incoming Associate Pastor
  • Align and unify ministries and volunteer teams
