Overview

Central Texas Recruiting is looking for a Lead Paralegal to join a growing legal tech company focused on personal injury case management. This remote position will involve overseeing case workflows, managing partner relationships, and enhancing operational efficiency in pre-litigation matters.

Key responsibilities

  • Serve as primary liaison for partner law firms, managing communication and case updates
  • Manage a high-volume caseload of pre-litigation personal injury cases
  • Oversee and direct a team of case managers supporting active cases
  • Conduct daily case reviews, prioritization, and workflow management
  • Prepare and review demand packages for accuracy and quality
  • Ensure deadlines are met and cases progress efficiently

Required skills

  • 8-15 years of experience in personal injury law
  • Experience managing high-volume pre-litigation caseloads
  • Strong leadership and team management experience
  • Ability to operate in fast-paced, process-driven environments
  • Experience with Litify, Filevine, or Smokeball
  • Strong organizational and communication skills

What the company offers

  • $85,000 - $125,000 per year + Equity
