Magz Construction LLC is looking for a Lead Low Voltage Installer in Lancaster, Pennsylvania. The ideal candidate will have expertise in installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting low voltage systems such as security, surveillance, and fire alarm systems. This role emphasizes professional growth in a dynamic environment dedicated to high-quality service and solutions.

Key responsibilities

  • Install, configure, and service low voltage systems including CCTV, security alarms, fire alarms, and access control systems.
  • Conduct system testing and troubleshooting to ensure optimal performance.
  • Read and interpret electrical schematics and system design documents.
  • Perform cabling, wiring, and termination of communication lines using hand and power tools.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of work performed and system configurations.
  • Provide remote access support to diagnose and resolve issues.
  • Collaborate with construction teams during installations or upgrades.
  • Ensure compliance with NEC standards and local electrical codes.
  • Assist in sales activities related to alarm system upgrades or proposals.
  • Maintain safety standards on-site by adhering to OSHA regulations.

Required skills

  • Proven experience as a service technician or installer specializing in low voltage systems
  • Knowledge of security protocols, remote access software, and locksmithing
  • Strong knowledge of computer networking and computer hardware
  • Mechanical knowledge related to system installation and maintenance
