Job Description Job Description About the Role: 3c Business Solutions Inc is looking for an experienced Lead Low Voltage Cabling Technician to join our growing team in Kaysville, UT. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll drive quality installations and guide a skilled team on commercial, government, religious & educational projects. Responsibilities: Lead and supervise low voltage cabling installation crews on job sitesInstall, terminate, and test structured cabling systems including Cat5e, Cat6, Cat6A, and fiber optic cableOversee installation of AV, security, access control, and structured data network systemsAbility to read blueprints, floor plans, and technical schematicsEnsure all work meets industry BICSI standards.Coordinate with project managers, general contractors, and clients on job site progressTroubleshoot and resolve cabling and connectivity issues efficiently Requirements: 3+ years of hands-on low voltage cabling experience, with at least 1 year in a lead or supervisory roleProficiency in structured cabling, terminations, and cable testing fluke experience.Experience with fiber optic splicing and termination preferredBICSI, OSHA 10, or relevant low voltage certifications a plusAbility to read and work from blueprints and technical drawingsStrong communication and team leadership skillsValid driver's license and reliable transportation requiredAbility to work in various physical environments including attics, crawl spaces, and elevated lifts.Must have a clean driving records and can pass a pre employment background & drug test.
