Overview

Craig W Krueger is looking for a full-time HVAC Lead Installer to join their team in Spring Hill, Florida. The role involves the installation of HVAC units while adhering to company specifications and safety guidelines, ensuring high-quality work through attention to detail and effective teamwork.

Key responsibilities

  • Complete all paperwork in a neat and timely manner
  • Design, fabricate, and install ducts and duct fittings as required
  • Provide guidance and training to HVAC Installer Helpers
  • Install HVAC equipment in customers' homes under minimal supervision
  • Maintain communication with dispatch, managers, and installation teams
  • Ensure cleanliness and organization of company vehicle and inventory

Required skills

  • 3-5 years of experience in HVAC installation
  • Proficient in split systems, package units, and heat pumps
  • Ability to lead an installation team
  • Knowledge of mechanical and electrical codes
  • Self-motivated with a focus on quality workmanship
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Ability to pass random drug tests
