Craig W Krueger is looking for a full-time HVAC Lead Installer to join their team in Spring Hill, Florida. The role involves installing HVAC units with a focus on quality and safety, ensuring compliance with company specifications and guidelines. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Key responsibilities

  • Complete all paperwork accurately and in a timely manner
  • Design, fabricate, and install ductwork
  • Guide and train HVAC Installer Helpers
  • Install HVAC equipment in customers' homes with minimal supervision
  • Maintain communication with dispatch and management
  • Keep company truck clean and inventory up to date
  • Participate in training for professional development
  • Ensure a neat and professional appearance

Required skills

  • 3-5 years of HVAC Installation experience
  • Proficient in split systems, package units, and heat pumps
  • Mechanical and Electrical Code knowledge
  • Team leadership and problem-solving skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Ability to pass drug tests
