Overview

John C. Cassidy Air Conditioning & Plumbing is seeking a full-time HVAC Lead Installer based in Brooksville, Florida. This role involves overseeing the installation of new HVAC units while adhering to safety guidelines and ensuring high-quality workmanship. The Lead Installer will also train and guide HVAC Installer Helpers, working both independently and within a team.

Key responsibilities

  • Complete paperwork accurately and timely
  • Design, fabricate, and install ducts and duct fittings
  • Provide guidance to HVAC Installer Helpers
  • Install HVAC equipment in customers' homes with minimal supervision
  • Maintain communication with dispatch, management, and installation teams
  • Keep company truck and inventory organized and clean
  • Participate in training for professional development

Required skills

  • 3-5 years of experience in HVAC installation
  • Proficient in split systems, package units, and heat pumps
  • Knowledge of Mechanical and Electrical Codes
  • Current and valid driver's license
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently
  • Self-motivated team player
  • Clean criminal background
