Overview

L3Harris Technologies is seeking a strategic Lead HR Business Partner to support business leaders in the Missile Defense and Engineering organizations. This role involves driving business results through effective human capital management within a dynamic and inclusive work environment.

Key responsibilities

  • Partner with division HR leader to implement strategies for employee engagement and talent acquisition
  • Provide counsel on organizational and employee matters
  • Identify challenges and deliver innovative solutions to enhance engagement
  • Use metrics to inform decisions about acquisition, development, retention, and inclusion
  • Collaborate on designing and executing aligned talent strategies
  • Drive talent initiatives in acquisition, development, and succession planning
  • Coach and build leadership capabilities
  • Interact with HR Center of Excellence and other organizational departments
  • Lead high-impact projects within the HR organization

Required skills

  • Bachelor's Degree and at least 9 years of relevant experience, or Graduate Degree and 7 years of experience, or 13 years
  • Strong business and HR acumen
  • Experience in performance management, employee engagement, and retention strategies
  • Ability to influence and consult effectively with all levels
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Adaptability in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
  • Employee relations and investigative experience
