Overview

L3Harris Technologies is looking for a Lead HR Business Partner to support its Missile Defense and Engineering organizations. This role will serve as a strategic partner to leadership, driving business results through talent acquisition, employee engagement, and organizational development strategies.

Key responsibilities

  • Partner with division HR leader and leadership team to deliver engagement and talent strategies
  • Build strong partnerships with leaders and employees for trusted counsel
  • Identify challenges and deliver innovative solutions to enhance employee engagement
  • Use metrics and analytics to inform people decisions
  • Collaborate on talent strategies aligned with business goals
  • Drive strategic initiatives in talent acquisition, development, and succession planning
  • Coach leadership capabilities to resolve organizational challenges
  • Participate in high-impact projects across the HR organization

Required skills

  • Bachelor's Degree with 9 years of experience or a Graduate Degree with 7 years of experience
  • Strong business and HR acumen
  • Experience in performance management, employee engagement, and retention
  • Ability to influence and consult effectively across all organization levels
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Employee relations and investigative experience
  • Ability to obtain US Government security clearance
