Overview

L3Harris Technologies is seeking a Lead HR Business Partner to support strategic business leaders within the Missile Defense and Engineering organizations. This role will focus on enhancing employee engagement and driving business results by addressing the human capital objectives across various HR workstreams.

Key responsibilities

  • Partner with division HR leader to deliver engagement and talent strategies
  • Build trusted partnerships with leaders and employees on organizational matters
  • Identify challenges and deliver solutions to enhance employee engagement
  • Use metrics and analytics to inform people decisions
  • Collaborate with client groups to design and execute talent strategies
  • Drive strategic talent initiatives for acquisition and development
  • Coach leadership to resolve organizational challenges
  • Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence and other departments
  • Lead high-impact projects across the organization

Required skills

  • Bachelor's Degree or Graduate Degree with relevant experience
  • 9+ years of HR experience or 13+ years without a degree
  • Strong HR acumen and problem-solving skills
  • Influencing and coaching capabilities
  • Experience in performance management and employee engagement
  • Ability to report on HR metrics
  • Familiarity with P&L organizations
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Employee relations and investigative experience
