Overview

L3Harris Technologies is seeking a Lead HR Business Partner to support strategic initiatives within the Missile Defense and Engineering organizations. This role involves partnering with leadership to drive engagement and talent development while focusing on organizational effectiveness and improving business results.

Key responsibilities

  • Partner with division HR leader to drive engagement and talent acquisition strategies
  • Build strong partnerships with business leaders and employees
  • Identify challenges and deliver innovative solutions to enhance employee engagement
  • Use metrics and analytics to inform people decisions
  • Design and execute talent strategies aligned with business goals
  • Drive strategic talent initiatives in succession planning and development
  • Coach leadership capabilities to resolve human and technical workplace issues
  • Collaborate with various functions including HR Center of Excellence and Legal
  • Lead high-impact projects within the HR organization

Required skills

  • Bachelor's Degree and 9 years of relevant experience or Graduate Degree and 7 years of experience, or 13 years of experi
  • Strong business and HR acumen
  • Experience in performance management, employee engagement, retention, and staffing
  • Ability to influence and coach across all organizational levels
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Employee relations and investigative experience
