Overview

L3Harris Technologies is seeking a strategic HR Business Partner to support leaders within their Missile Defense and Engineering organizations. This role focuses on driving business results by understanding and executing on human capital objectives across various HR workstreams including talent acquisition, employee engagement, and organizational effectiveness.

Key responsibilities

  • Partner with division HR leader and leadership team to deliver engagement and talent strategies
  • Build strong partnerships with leaders and employees for organizational matters
  • Proactively identify challenges and deliver innovative solutions for employee engagement
  • Use metrics and analytics to drive performance and people decisions
  • Collaborate on talent strategies aligned with business goals
  • Drive talent initiatives in acquisition, development, and succession planning
  • Coach leadership capabilities for work environment challenges
  • Collaborate with various internal teams for project execution
  • Participate in high-impact projects across the HR organization

Required skills

  • Bachelor's Degree or Graduate Degree with relevant HR experience
  • Strong business and HR acumen
  • Experience in performance management, employee engagement, and retention
  • Ability to influence and consult at all organizational levels
  • Experience with HR metrics and reporting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Employee relations and investigative experience
  • Capability to obtain US Government security clearance
