Overview

As the Lead HR Business Partner at Mom's Meals, you will collaborate with revenue-generating teams to align people strategies with sales goals, enhancing growth and employee experience. This role involves strategic HR consultation, influencing decision-making, and ensuring the organization's HR strategies meet future workforce needs.

Key responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with cross-functional teams and key stakeholders
  • Navigate complex organizational dynamics to influence HR initiatives
  • Lead HR initiatives and partner with leadership to implement workforce strategies
  • Leverage data analytics for decision making and sustaining organizational health
  • Foster a change management mindset while driving strategic projects
  • Encourage practices that promote retention of key talent
  • Lead culture and employee engagement initiatives
  • Assist with talent review and succession planning processes
  • Ensure legal compliance with applicable HR-related requirements

Required skills

  • BA or BS in Human Resources or related field
  • Minimum of 8 years' Human Resources related experience
  • Strong relationship management and consultation skills
  • Understanding of business and HR concepts
  • Capability to influence stakeholders and prioritize tasks
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
  • Experience in Commercial Sales or Healthcare industry
