Overview

The Lead House Supervisor at Summerlin Hospital is responsible for promoting and maintaining quality patient care during assigned shifts. This role involves managing patient care services, assisting with staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluations, while collaborating with nursing leadership to enhance team performance.

Key responsibilities

  • Oversee total patient care services during assigned shifts
  • Assist with scheduling, training, and orientation of House Supervisors and staff
  • Conduct performance reviews and provide coaching for staff
  • Collaborate with CNO/ACNO or designated Clinical Nurse Director

Required skills

  • Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing
  • BSN required
  • Five years clinical experience
  • One year Charge RN experience
  • Computer proficiency in word processing, spreadsheets, and databases
  • BLS and ACLS certification
  • Current RN license in the State of Nevada
