Overview

The Lead Guest Experience Host at Eldorado Hotel & Spa plays a crucial role in enhancing guest service standards and ensuring a welcoming environment for all guests. This position requires strong leadership skills to support team members and handle escalated guest needs, fostering a high-performing culture in hospitality.

Key responsibilities

  • Lead by example in delivering personalized guest service
  • Support daily shift operations and coordinate team coverage
  • Act as the first point of contact for escalated guest concerns
  • Provide coaching and feedback to Guest Experience Hosts
  • Ensure adherence to service standards and operational procedures
  • Partner with various departments for seamless guest experiences
  • Assist with VIP arrivals and special requests
  • Monitor lobby presence and overall ambiance
  • Support onboarding and training of new team members
  • Communicate daily operations and challenges to leadership
