Overview

The Lead Fulfillment Associate at Amazon will support operations leaders and associates in achieving strong results within fulfillment centers. This role includes various responsibilities such as training, process assistance, and inventory management while ensuring safety and motivation among team members.

Key responsibilities

  • Communicate instructions and motivate associates
  • Perform production duties including picking and packing orders
  • Ensure inventory accuracy and manage inbound and outbound logistics
  • Support daily management of department duties
  • Facilitate resolution of issues related to inventory
  • Monitor and report on team performance metrics

Required skills

  • 1+ years of experience with Microsoft Office products
  • Leadership experience managing others
  • Experience in manufacturing, distribution, or warehousing
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lift up to 49 pounds and stand for long periods
  • Lean process improvement knowledge
