Overview

The Lead Fulfillment Associate at Amazon.com Services LLC in Spartanburg will play a crucial role in supporting operations within the fulfillment center, taking on various responsibilities such as training, process assistance, and inventory management. The successful candidate will help achieve operational goals while ensuring safety and compliance with procedures.

Key responsibilities

  • Train and support other associates in their roles
  • Perform production duties such as picking/packing orders and ensuring inventory accuracy
  • Communicate instructions and motivate team members
  • Manage inbound and outbound logistics, including scheduling and dock operations
  • Monitor and resolve issues related to the robotics floor and ensure operational efficiency
  • Provide analytical support for continuous improvement initiatives

Required skills

  • 1+ years of Microsoft Office applications experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to lift up to 49 pounds and stand/walk for extended periods
  • Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
  • 1+ year of experience in a leadership role
  • 1+ year in manufacturing/distribution/warehousing environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
