Job Description

Overview

The Lead Fulfillment Associate at Amazon will support operations leaders and associates in achieving strong operational results within fulfillment centers. The role includes various duties such as training, process assistance, and managing shipping and receiving tasks, while also ensuring communication and safety among team members.

Key responsibilities

  • Perform production duties, including picking/packing orders and ensuring inventory accuracy
  • Communicate instructions to associates and motivate the team
  • Train and develop team members in their roles
  • Manage inbound flow and scheduling of deliveries
  • Support daily management of department duties and lead meetings
  • Utilize computer skills to track and manage goods
  • Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards

Required skills

  • 1+ years of experience with Microsoft Office products
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to lift up to 49 pounds and perform physical tasks for up to 12 hours
  • 1+ year of leadership experience
  • Experience in manufacturing, distribution, or warehousing
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
