What You'll Do Lead fireproofing crews on commercial and industrial job sitesApply spray-applied fire-resistive materials accurately and efficientlySet up, operate, clean, and troubleshoot fireproofing equipmentRead project plans, specifications, and product requirementsPlan daily work and communicate expectations to the crewMonitor production, material usage, quality, and job progressEnsure proper surface preparation, application thickness, and finished qualityTrain and mentor less-experienced applicatorsCoordinate with project managers, superintendents, and other tradesMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work areaComplete required job-site and safety documentationRepresent Kaloutas professionally with customers and project partners What We're Looking For At least 7 years of hands-on commercial fireproofing experienceStrong knowledge of spray-applied fireproofing materials, equipment, and application methodsPrevious crew leadership or foreman experienceAbility to produce high-quality work while meeting project schedulesExperience reading plans, specifications, and job-site requirementsStrong communication, organization, and problem-solving skillsCommitment to job-site safety and accountabilityAbility to perform the physical requirements of the position, including lifting, climbing, bending, and working at heightsValid driver's license and reliable transportationWillingness to travel to job sites throughout New England as needed Why Join Kaloutas?
