We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Lead Engineer to lead our Engineering team. who thrives equally at the workbench and in a leadership seat. This is a player-coach position. You'll be doing real technical work alongside a small team of one to three engineers while setting the technical direction, mentoring junior staff, and ensuring projects are delivered to the high standards our customers expect.
