Job Description

Overview

Primo Brands, a leading branded beverage company in North America, is looking for a Class 3 Lead Delivery Driver in Dartmouth, NS. In this role, you will be part of the branch frontline leadership team, overseeing route drivers and streamlining branch operations to enhance productivity and ensure excellent customer service.

Key responsibilities

  • Oversee route drivers and deliveries to homes and businesses
  • Improve productivity and streamline branch activities
  • Support team decisions and provide coaching/feedback
  • Train new hires and teach upselling techniques
  • Ensure safety by operating vehicles responsibly
  • Support daily branch closing activities and team meetings
  • Lead the team to achieve sales targets

Required skills

  • Class 3 license and clean driver's abstract
  • Ability to safely lift up to 50 lbs
  • Basic computer/data entry skills and math abilities
  • Previous experience leading a team
  • Customer service and some sales experience
  • Strong English language skills
