Overview

As a Lead Creative Strategist at New Engen, you will drive performance-driven creative strategies across digital channels for various clients. You will act as the creative strategy lead, guiding campaign development and collaborating closely with media teams to enhance creative performance and brand alignment.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop performance-driven creative strategies for digital channels
  • Serve as the Creative Strategy Lead for assigned client accounts
  • Analyze consumer insights to inform creative direction
  • Collaborate with media teams to optimize campaign performance
  • Manage creative launch pipelines and ensure timely deliverables
  • Develop creative briefs and oversee project management
  • Review deliverables for quality and brand alignment
  • Enhance cross-functional collaboration across teams

Required skills

  • 5+ years of experience in creative and performance marketing
  • Management experience of direct reports and junior team members
  • Knowledge of digital trends on platforms like YouTube and TikTok
  • Strong communication and strategic insight
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced start-up environment
  • Fluency in Adobe Creative Suite or Figma is a plus
  • Proficiency in Asana and Google Sheets is a plus
