Commercial Express HVAC LLC is seeking a Lead Commercial HVAC Installation Mechanic with over 7 years of experience to join their team. This position involves leading commercial HVAC installation projects for clients throughout Virginia and Maryland, ensuring quality workmanship and compliance with safety standards.

Key responsibilities

  • Lead and perform commercial HVAC installation projects
  • Install, replace, and upgrade commercial HVAC systems and equipment
  • Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and technical drawings
  • Troubleshoot installation issues and ensure high-quality workmanship
  • Collaborate with team members, project managers, and customers
  • Ensure all work is completed safely and in compliance with industry standards

Required skills

  • 7+ years of experience as a Commercial HVAC Installation Mechanic
  • Strong knowledge of commercial HVAC systems, equipment, and components
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
