Experience: Teaching: 1 year (Required)-or- Childcare: 1 year (Required) License/Certification Requirements: High School Diploma/GED CPR & First Aid Certification (preferred or willing to obtain)And MUST have one of the following: College credits in Early Childhood Education-or- Child Development Associate Certification Candidates Should: Be comfortable with all age groups Be caring and have a love for all children Be able to lift and hold children Have effective communication skills with families, team members, and directors Have experience or an understanding of curriculum and classroom management Have reliable transportation Be able to pass a caregiver background check Job Perks: Full-time: Work 4 days/week - 10 hour shifts No Weekends No Holidays Paid vacation after 1 year (full time, year round) Paid holidays and 2 sick days after 90-day probation (full time, year round) Bonus Pay Employee Discount Retirement Plan T.E.A.C.H. Responsibilities Include: You will be responsible for implementing lesson plans that follow our academic preschool-based curriculum. xibtplm Our teachers must be energetic, motivated, and enthusiastic with the ability to build and maintain relationships with both the children and their families.
