Grace is our core value, and we live this out by being nice to all clients, even when they are not nice to us.Compensation:$105,000 yearlyResponsibilities:Analyze client needs, identify solutions, and determine case strategies Represent clients in court to argue motions during legal proceedings Appear in person for court hearings in AtlantaCollaborate with clients, trustees, staff, and the lead attorneyCommunicate with clients through Zoom, video, text, and emailDeliver accurate, detail-oriented workGet the appropriate legal documents ready for clients, such as briefs, motions, and pleadings, as well as correspondenceAdvise clients by weighing available options toward a successful outcome and plan a course of actionAppear in court on behalf of clients and argue motions during legal proceedingsQualifications:Required Juris Doctorate (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school; representation of clients for at least 2 years a plus Work independently while handling a heavy caseload Ability to use Microsoft Office is required Public speaking, decision-making, communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills are necessary for this role Must have a Georgia Bar licenseMust live near AtlantaAbout CompanyWe are a consumer bankruptcy law firm.
