Overview

Shoup Legal is seeking an experienced salesperson to join their growing team in San Diego, California. This role involves helping prospective clients understand the value of the firm's estate planning, probate, and trust administration services, while providing excellent client relations through consultative selling and follow-up.

Key responsibilities

  • Conduct in-depth in-person consultative sales meetings with potential new clients
  • Maintain a tracking system to monitor leads, new clients, and referral sources
  • Follow up with potential new clients who have not yet retained the Firm
  • Attend and facilitate workshops and webinars

Required skills

  • Proven track record in sales for professional services
  • Superb written and verbal communication skills
  • Interpersonal skills and time management skills
  • High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred
  • Ability to build relationships and show empathy
