Overview

Mineral Resources, Inc. is seeking a Land Administrator to support the administration of oil and gas assets across multiple states including Colorado, Oklahoma, New Mexico, and Ohio. This role involves managing well records, ownership data, and regulatory documents while ensuring accurate data entry in land and accounting software.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage ownership and inventory of wells across operating states.
  • Maintain digital and hard copy well files and documentation.
  • Perform data entry tasks related to incoming well information.
  • Log division orders, pooling, and production information accurately.
  • Verify decimal interests and confirm ownership records.
  • Communicate effectively with operators and maintain internal assignments.

Required skills

  • Experience in land administration or related administrative role
  • Familiarity with well records and regulatory filings
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Working knowledge of Outlook and PowerPoint
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task
  • Ability to compute rates, ratios, and verify decimal interests
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • GIS experience is a plus
