Marketing & Media Manager Compensation: $65,000-$85,000 annually depending on experience, capability, and overall skill level. POSITION SUMMARY Lamborghini Minnesota is seeking a highly organized, creative, and performance-driven Marketing & Media Manager responsible for dealership marketing strategy, brand presentation, online platform performance, website management, lead source performance, content direction, campaign execution, event marketing, marketing budget tracking, factory communication support, and digital visibility. This is not a standalone videographer role. This is a marketing leadership and brand management position responsible for strategy, direction, performance, standards, and accountability. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES Manage Lamborghini Minnesota brand presence across digital, social, website, email, event, CRM, paid media, and dealership marketing channels. Build and maintain the dealership marketing calendar and content calendar. Oversee the Inventory Photographer & Content Specialist and Videographer / Content Producer; assign priorities, review output, and maintain brand standards. Manage dealership website presentation standards and oversee writing/editing/quality control of vehicle descriptions. Perform online marketing platform audits at least two times per week to verify listings, pricing, options, descriptions, photos, featured images, sold units, and presentation standards. Monitor performance of lead sources and marketing platforms including website, OEM/factory leads, CRM campaigns, paid social, paid search, email, third-party listings, events, organic social, and referrals. Coordinate with sales leadership to evaluate lead quality, follow-up performance, source coding, and campaign impact. Support communication with Lamborghini / ALA / ACB regarding marketing plans, claim documentation, campaign support, approval questions, and applicable program requirements. Maintain marketing spend trackers, proof folders, campaign/event documentation, invoices, creative assets, photos/video proof, attendee lists when applicable, and submission records. Track applicable marketing targets, budget status, factory deadlines, platform performance, and campaign results. Support planning and marketing execution for launch events, owner events, prospect events, private previews, static displays, luxury partnerships, and dealership experiences. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS Experience in marketing, brand management, digital marketing, luxury marketing, automotive marketing, or related field. Strong understanding of social media platforms, digital marketing channels, website presentation, and brand consistency. Ability to monitor lead source performance and evaluate marketing platform effectiveness. Strong written communication skills with ability to write and review professional vehicle descriptions. Strong organizational skills and ability to manage projects, deadlines, platforms, vendors, and direct reports. Ability to communicate professionally with factory representatives, vendors, leadership, and internal departments. Ability to work evenings, weekends, and dealership events as business needs require. Position is contingent upon successful completion of background check and MVR review if vehicle operation is required. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Luxury or exotic automotive marketing experience. Dealership marketing experience. Experience managing photographers, videographers, agencies, vendors, or creative support staff. Experience with paid social, Google Ads, email marketing, CRM campaigns, or luxury event market
