Overview

Laboratory Allied RecruiterThe Laboratory Allied Recruiter screens and recruits allied professionals by using leads received from tele-recruiting and company databases. The Laboratory Allied Recruiter helps develop and build relationships; coordinates, and fills staffing opportunities for client facilities while serving as the primary contact for external candidates and field employees.ResponsibilitiesPlaces outgoing calls to potential employees for recruiting purposesAccurately and thoroughly communicates all assignment and benefits details to travelers throughout the recruitment process to minimize traveler-initiated cancellationsActs as a consultant to allied hiring managers providing guidance consistent with facility recruitment/policies and procedures, as well as state and federal employment lawPlaces qualified candidates with current and new clients nationally, by actively sourcing qualified candidates and maintaining current databaseBuilds and fosters professional relationships with healthcare workers while serving as a crucial career counselor and placement advisor throughout their employment with the companyNegotiates contract terms with candidates including offers of employmentResolves employment issues and escalate them as neededExercises sales appropriate strategies based on the needs of the healthcare professionalMeets and exceeds the expected daily quotas as outlined for the Allied RecruiterConducts reference verificationsPerforms additional duties as requested by managementRequirements and ExperienceHigh school diploma or its equivalentTwo (2) years customer service or sales experienceExperienced, consistent and successful allied focused recruitment for a minimum of six (6) months, preferredWork experience in the healthcare or staffing environment, preferredTwo (2) or four (4) year degree, preferredStrong critical thinking skillsExcellent time management and multitasking abilitiesStrong customer service, negotiating and interpersonal skillsComputer proficiency with Microsoft OfficePhysical Demands and Work EnvironmentMust have use of sensory skills to effectively communicate and interact with other employees and the public through use of the telephone, email, video conference and face to face contactMust have manual dexterity, visual acuity and hearing acuity to effectively use and operate office related equipment such as but not limited to a computer, copier, scanner, camera, phone, headset, keyboard and mouseMust be able to sit for extended periods of time at a keyboard and workstation with low periods of reaching and standingEqual Employment Opportunity StatementIngenovis Health is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
