ASSOCIATE ATTORNEY LABOR & EMPLOYMENT Locations: Los Angeles, CA HYBRIDOur client, a prominent international AmLaw 50 law firm, is seeking a talented Associate Attorney to join their Labor & Employment Practice(link removed) This is an exceptional opportunity to work with a highly experienced team handling complex labor and employment litigation, including wage and hour class actions, PAGA representative actions, and single-plaintiff employment claims. The role offers significant responsibility, client engagement, and opportunities for long-term career growth. Candidate Profile JD from a top-tier law school with an e xcellent academic record Active Bar Admission in California, in good standing 3-5 years of substantive litigation experience with wage and hour class actions, PAGA representative actions, and single-plaintiff employment claimsArbitration, mediation, or trial experience is required.FEHA, discrimination, harassment, and retaliation claims, as well as whistleblower matters, is preferredStrong research, writing, and analytical skills, with the ability to manage multiple matters concurrentlySoft skills: Excellent communication, judgment, and interpersonal skills, along with a collaborative mindset and commitment to high-quality client service Key Responsibilities Represent clients in labor and employment litigation mattersDraft motions, briefs, memoranda, and other litigation filingsParticipate in discovery, including depositions, document review, and preparation of discovery responsesConduct legal research on wage and hour class actions, PAGA representative actions, and single-plaintiff employment claims, and related statutory frameworksAssist with case strategy, risk assessment, and litigation planning in collaboration with senior attorneysSupport clients across a range of industries on complex employment-related litigation matters Why Join Us?
