Key responsibilities

  • Execute Fricker's brand of fun, food, sports, and spirits
  • Drive positive sales growth
  • Maintain a healthy, safe, and secure environment by enforcing food-safety and sanitation standards
  • Communicate job expectations and provide training and coaching for staff
  • Control costs by monitoring food and labor efficiencies
  • Recruit, select, and train quality individuals to achieve staffing objectives

Required skills

  • At least two years of restaurant management experience in a fast-casual atmosphere
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong customer service focus
  • Ability to stand and walk for long periods
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
  • ServeSafe certification preferred
