You'll partner with our Sales Designers to turn creative concepts into successful projects, your technical expertise helps prevent costly mistakes, keeps projects moving, and lets our designers focus on what they do best: building relationships and growing sales. Family-owned company with more than a century of experience helping homeowners, builders, and contractors create exceptional spaces A role where your technical expertise makes a real, visible impact on every project Culture built on teamwork, craftsmanship, and continuous improvement Work closely with Sales Designers, vendors, and installers as a trusted technical partner What you'll get to do: Create and update kitchen and bath designs using 20/20 Design software Verify measurements, appliance specifications, and cabinet layouts Review vendor order acknowledgements for accuracy Prepare pricing for peripheral products for ERP import Assemble installation packets, drawings, and project documentation Coordinate with Sales Designers, Customer Service, vendors, and installers to keep projects on track Identify and resolve technical issues before they impact the customer Requirements: 3+ years of extensive sales experience, preferably in kitchen & bath, remodeling, interior design, or building materialsExperience with kitchen and bath design software (20/20 Design, AutoCAD, or similar)Strong sales, communication, and relationship-building skillsKnowledge of cabinetry, space planning, and interior design principlesStrong organizational and project management abilitiesComfortable working in a showroom environment and meeting sales goalsProficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems such as HubSpotValid driver's license and ability to travel to customer homes and project sites If you're a motivated sales professional who loves design and enjoys helping customers create spaces they'll love for years to come, we'd love to hear from you.Apply today and start designing beautiful spaces with Norfolk Companies.PM19Compensation details: 0 Yearly SalaryPIcdc5-5649
