Overview

Olymel is seeking a Key Account Manager to join their team and contribute to the company's focus on innovation, quality, and sustainable growth. In this role, you will develop effective strategies, improve internal processes, and foster a high-performance work environment while reporting to the National Sales Manager.

Key responsibilities

  • Ensure the sales and promotion of Olymel products under national brands and private labels
  • Develop and grow Olymel's position in Private Label and HMR categories
  • Build, maintain, and strengthen customer relationships to align on joint strategies
  • Establish and execute business and commercial plans and track performance monthly
  • Drive category and product performance for each client based on strategic objectives
  • Analyze market data to identify business opportunities
  • Monitor client budgets and ensure alignment with financial targets
  • Prepare quotations and perform necessary financial analyses
  • Lead monthly and quarterly business reviews and implement action plans to optimize performance
  • Ensure customer commitments are met in collaboration with internal teams
  • Maintain strong internal communication to support day-to-day operations
  • Coordinate and support the launch of new products across categories

Required skills

  • Bachelor of Business Administration or equivalent
  • Minimum 5 years in key account management or sales with demonstrated success
  • Strong communication skills
  • Strategic thinking and analytical mindset
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Power BI
  • Knowledge of Nielsen and Circana
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Fluency in English
