Button Finance, Inc. is seeking a Junior Loan Officer to join their call center team in Tustin, California. This entry-level role offers a pathway to becoming a licensed Mortgage Loan Officer with comprehensive training and support.

Key responsibilities

  • Make and receive 100+ calls daily to connect with clients requesting loan quotes
  • Gather basic information and provide a warm introduction to the loan process
  • Transfer 15+ qualified leads each day to licensed Loan Officers
  • Learn to handle objections using proven scripts and coaching
  • Maintain a positive attitude and deliver top-tier service
